Spent 10+ years at an investment firm. Have invested in a variety of industries and sectors, across capital structures and in the US and Europe. Prior to that, worked at an investment bank.
My goal of investing is to compound capital at a high rate of return over time, through a fundamental based investment process. Great opportunities are rare so I intend to take highly concentrated positions, selecting from a broad spectrum of asset categories. They can be distressed, value, event-driven or growth and tech assets.
This blog is to share my thoughts on companies, market and investing in the simplest terms possible, without losing the integrity of a rigorous investment process. I hope they are thought-provoking in some way on how we think about investments. What counts is the thinking process so we all make better investment decisions, (though I cannot make any guarantee).
